Chief Justice of Lahore High Court, Justice Aaliya Neelum, made a significant decision by issuing various penalties to three judicial officers.
Following Chief Justice Aaliya Neelum’s approval, an official notification was released.
According to the notification, Civil Judge Shazia Parveen has been dismissed from service, Civil Judge Shahbaz Hussain has been demoted by four grades, and Additional Sessions Judge Abdullah Usman has been fined.
The Chief Justice reached her decision after reviewing the records and hearing the judicial officers involved.
It is worth noting that all the judges faced allegations, including corruption and other charges.
