The Redmi Note 14 was officially launched in China in September, and its international release has been highly anticipated. It appears that Xiaomi is going to finally break the cover soon and release the device globally.
This is because the device received approval in Indonesia, passing through SDPPI with the model number 24094RAD4G. The “G” at the end confirms this is the global variant.
The Redmi Note 14 boasts a 6.67-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution, designed to deliver sharp visuals and vibrant colors. Its 120Hz refresh rate ensures smooth scrolling and gaming, while the peak brightness of 2,100 nits guarantees good visibility even in direct sunlight. The screen is fortified with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for enhanced durability.
The MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chipset operates the Redmi Note 14 under the hood, ensuring reliable performance for multitasking, gaming, and streaming on a budget. Paired with up to 12 GB of RAM and a generous 256 GB of internal storage, providing ample space and speed for all your needs. Plus, with support for microSD card expansion, you can easily extend your storage.
The phone comes fitted with a 50MP main camera using Sony’s LYT-600 sensor and OIS. It also comes along with a 2MP macro lens. The front houses a 16MP selfie camera within a punch-hole design. The phone is running Xiaomi’s Hyper OS based on Android 14 and it packs a massive 5,110 mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging, reaching 50% charge in about 30 minutes.
It comes in colors like Starry White, Phantom Blue, and Midnight Black. The pricing starts at approximately $170 for the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB variant and $245 for the 12 GB RAM + 256 GB version.
Keep in mind that these are specifications for the Chinese model and the international model may have some tweaks such as a different chipset or an altered camera setup.
The company has not yet confirmed the official release date, but it should only be a few months before we get a global launch.
