Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has issued several legal tenders for the ongoing domestic season in the country for the 2024/2025 season.
Live streaming rights and Media Rights are at the forefront of PCB’s efforts to broadcast the domestic matches to the masses while the governing body is also seeking Partnership rights and a Broadcast Production Company for the tournaments conducted between November 2024 and November 2025.
In a statement, PCB has confirmed that 2:00 p.m. (PST) on 15th November 2024 will be the deadline for all tenders with Technical Proposals set to be opened at 2:30 P.M at the offices of PCB at National Cricket Academy, Lahore. Financial Proposals of technically disqualified Bidders shall be returned unopened.
The opening date of the Financial Proposals of technically qualified Bidders shall be communicated to the technically qualified Bidders.
Pakistan’s domestic cricket season is already underway with a 50-Over Champions Cup already in the rear-view mirror and the Quaid-e-Azam trophy already in its second round. PCB has previously taken the responsibility of finding a broadcaster but only for the latter stages of the tournament but with an early callout for potential bidders, it looks set to get a move on early this time.
