In a step towards enhancing bilateral relations, Bangladesh’s Deputy High Commissioner, SM Mahbub Alam, has announced the initiation of direct flights between Pakistan and Bangladesh. This development is expected to significantly bolster trade and economic collaboration between the two nations.
To further support this initiative, the Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industries will collaborate with Bangladeshi counterparts to organize an exhibition aimed at fostering connections between importers and exporters from both countries.
Muhammad Saleem Memon, President of the Hyderabad Chamber, urged Bangladeshi traders to participate in trade events held in Pakistan. He also highlighted the importance of encouraging Pakistani traders to engage in similar exhibitions in Bangladesh, promoting mutual business growth.
Addressing challenges faced by Pakistani exporters, Memon stressed the need to resolve customs clearance issues in Dhaka to facilitate smoother trade operations.
Deputy High Commissioner SM Mahbub Alam extended an invitation to Pakistan’s business community to attend a trade exhibition in Dhaka, set for January. This event aims to further solidify trade ties and create new opportunities for collaboration between the two nations.
