A screenshot of an email, allegedly from YesMadam’s HR department, has gone viral on social media, sparking outrage. According to the email, the company conducted a survey to assess workplace stress and decided to “part ways” with employees who admitted to feeling significant stress.
The email stated:
Dear Team,
Recently, we conducted a survey to understand your feelings about stress at work. Many of you shared your concerns, which we deeply value and respect.
To ensure a stress-free workplace, we have made the difficult decision to part ways with employees who reported significant stress.This decision is effective immediately. Impacted employees will receive further details separately.
