The Board of Directors of Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited (PSX: FATIMA) has approved the Scheme of Compromises, Arrangement, and Reconstruction between Fatima and Pakarab Fertilizers Limited.
Under the Scheme, Fatima will transfer its Multan plant operations to Pakarab Fertilizers Limited, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Scheme, the company informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday.
The proposed demerger remains subject to obtaining all requisite corporate, regulatory, and other necessary approvals, consents, and authorizations. We will keep stakeholders updated on the progress of this matter, it added.
