On 22 December 2024, at 5 PM at SMASHX, KDA, Karachi, the final stage of the Sindh Edition was set, featuring the semi-finals and final. The closing ceremony was attended by padel players, influencers, journalists, and sports enthusiasts. The tour’s title sponsor, Patel Group, along with elite sponsor Volt Padel and gold sponsor Delta Energy, joined Sindh Padel Association executive members in distributing trophies, medals, and special giveaways to the players.

Pakistan Padel HQ waited until the tournament concluded to announce the much-anticipated and strategic appointment of Brigadier Muhammad Zaheer Akhtar as the President of the Pakistan Padel Federation. With vast experience in sports as a player, director, and administrator, his appointment is expected to usher in a new era for the growth of padel in Pakistan across all directions and departments. During the Federation’s executive meeting, Brigadier Zaheer was introduced and briefed on the current events and future plans in Pakistan.

The Pakistan Padel Tour – Lahore Edition will be the second edition of the tour, focusing on the National Ranking System, powered by the Wecourts-WPPR System. This system will help the Pakistan Padel Federation establish a player ranking system through provincial, national, and collaborative tournaments in Pakistan. Supervised tournaments by an International Padel Federation Level 1 referee will provide the game with the necessary authenticity and give players the experience of a well-organized tournament.

The Pakistan Padel Tour – Sindh Edition registered over 100 teams, though only 48 could participate due to time constraints. The overwhelming response, supported by over 15 different partners, highlights the growing popularity of the sport in Pakistan. The tour sets a precedent for authentic tournaments organized under International Padel Federation rules and regulations.
