OnePlus 13R is set to make its global debut on January 7 alongside the OnePlus 13. Initially, many believed it would be a rebranded version of the China-exclusive Ace 5. OnePlus 13R features a 50 MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom, powered by Samsung’s ISOCELL JN5 sensor. This upgrade places the 13R ahead of the Ace 5 which has a 2 MP macro sensor. Furthermore, the 13R retains the 50 MP main camera, equipped with Sony’s LYT-700 sensor, and an 8 MP ultrawide lens, ensuring a versatile camera setup. In addition, a 16 MP front camera will take care of selfies, offering a complete photography package.
