Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz oversees real-time development data through an online portal, boosting transparency and efficiency. This system aims to eliminate delays and improve project execution.
Marriyum Aurangzeb announced a record budget of Rs. 844 billion for public development projects, reaffirming the government’s commitment to equitable progress regardless of political affiliations.
Additionally, Punjab is introducing an integrated model linking environmental sustainability with agricultural and industrial growth. Subsidized agricultural machinery is being distributed to help farmers increase productivity.
Under the ‘Clean Punjab’ initiative, Lahore’s waste management system will be expanded to all districts, improving sanitation and urban health.
Efforts to tackle smog have included banning plastic bags, introducing zigzag kiln technology, and regulating industrial emissions, resulting in improved air quality.
