Lahore Police is Giving Lower Staff’s Motorcycles to Inspectors and Patrol Officers

The Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) of Lahore took a significant step on Monday by reclaiming over 250 motorcycles previously used by lower staff for personal purposes. These motorcycles have now been reassigned to traffic inspectors and patrolling officers to improve operational efficiency.

According to the CTO, this reallocation is aimed at ensuring a stronger presence of traffic personnel on the roads, thereby enhancing the overall management of traffic in the city. The move is expected to improve the mobility of traffic officials but also ensure that resources are utilized effectively for their intended purposes.

In addition to the redistribution of motorcycles, patrolling officers have been equipped with new wireless communication devices. This upgrade is intended to strengthen coordination among traffic personnel and reduce response times, ultimately leading to better traffic regulation and public service.
