The price of gold in Pakistan kept its record-breaking run going on Thursday as it climbed to a fresh all-time high.
The price of the 24-karat gold hit an all-time high of Rs. 309,000 per tola, after posting an increase of Rs. 1,000 per tola today.
Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs. 264,917 after going up by Rs. 857, according to rates issued by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). Moreover, the price of 22-karat gold stood at Rs. 242,849 per 10-gram.
In the international market, spot gold traded near $2,952 an ounce, up $16.6 or 0.57 percent from the previous session.
