MWC 2025 is in full swing, and Tecno has made a major announcement of a wide range of new products. The company introduced the Camon 40 series of smartphones alongside several laptops, wearables, and innovative accessories.
While Tecno has kept detailed specifications under wraps, the announcement highlighted key features and innovations that will define its upcoming lineup.
Tecno officially introduced the Camon 40 series, though a full reveal is expected on Day 2 of MWC. The devices will feature MediaTek chipsets and Google’s Circle to Search, enhancing search capabilities with AI. The series will also include Tecno AI, a software suite that offers AI Image Creation, AI Call Assistant, AI Writing, and the in-house Ella AI assistant. Additionally, the Camon 40 series will be both water and dust resistant, making it a durable option for users.
One of the highlights of the lineup is the Camon 40 Premier, which will feature a 50MP camera. Tecno confirmed that the AI glasses it showcased at MWC use the same sensor, suggesting a strong focus on imaging technology.

Tecno also introduced three new Megabook laptops, each designed to cater to different user needs. The Megabook S14 is being promoted as the industry’s lightest 14-inch OLED laptop, weighing just 899 grams while offering a 2.8K resolution display.
The T14 Air follows a similar lightweight approach, coming in at 999 grams with a durable magnesium alloy body. The Megabook K15S stands out with a 70Wh battery, 65W fast charging, and an ultra-thin all-metal design that makes it both stylish and powerful.
Expanding its wearables lineup, Tecno introduced the Watch GT 1, a health-focused smartwatch that Tecno describes as an ideal AI-powered wrist assistant for fitness enthusiasts. The brand also unveiled the True 2 TWS earbuds, which feature up to 45dB noise cancellation and an impressive 50-hour battery life, making them a competitive option in the wireless audio space.
Beyond traditional devices, Tecno showcased several new technologies at MWC 2025. UltraLink, a wireless communication accessory, allows long-range point-to-point voice messaging over distances of up to 10 km in unobstructed environments. Tecno also introduced a new photochromic technology that changes a smartphone’s surface color under sunlight, providing a dynamic and visually appealing design feature.
The company also highlighted its latest advancements in foldable and ultra-thin smartphones. Tecno revealed the Phantom V Fold2 5G as the first foldable phone to feature global satellite communication, setting a new benchmark for connectivity in foldable devices. The Phantom Ultimate 2, a tri-fold smartphone concept, boasts a 10-inch display and an incredibly thin 11mm body. Meanwhile, the newly introduced Spark Slim caught attention as one of the thinnest smartphones on the market, with a body measuring just 5.75mm.
