Rumors have been swirling online that Red Bull has replaced HBL as the title sponsor of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 10), with claims that the league will now be called “Red Bull PSL X.” However, these reports are false.
HBL remains the title sponsor of the PSL, and its sponsorship deal is valid until the end of the 10th edition of the tournament, PSL X. HBL’s agreement as the title sponsor will continue through this season, as per the existing contract.
The confusion seems to have arisen from unverified reports suggesting that Red Bull has signed a five-year contract with the PSL. While it is possible for Red Bull to become a category sponsor, the title sponsorship rights are still firmly held by HBL for PSL X.
For PSL 11, a new sponsorship rights cycle will begin, and any interested party, including Red Bull, would need to participate in the bidding process to acquire the title sponsorship rights.
The PCB has not made any announcements regarding a change in title sponsorship for the PSL. HBL has been the title sponsor since the league’s inception in 2016, and its association with the tournament has been a cornerstone of the league’s branding and success.
While Red Bull’s involvement as a category sponsor could be a possibility, it does not affect HBL’s current status as the title sponsor.

Saw a video of Mufti Qawi today (yes, THAT Mufti Qawi!), in which he has offered his services to PCB for making a Salajeet for Pakistani Cricket Team. And from his words, it seems to me that it will be more powerful than the super-serum Captain America took.
So, my vote goes for Mufti Qawi as PSL X’s new sponsor!
