The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has declared holidays for Eid-ul-Fitr, effective from March 31 to April 2, according to an official notification.
However, officers and employees working in shifts will continue their duties as per their assigned schedules.
Additionally, the PAA has announced that salaries and pensions for March will be paid in advance on March 24 in light of the festive occasion.
This decision follows the federal government’s earlier announcement of public holidays for Eid celebrations.
Eid-ul-Fitr 2025 is expected to be observed on March 31, depending on the sighting of the Shawwal moon after 29 days of Ramadan.
