Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU) Islamabad has officially announced a holiday schedule from March 27 to April 4, 2025, in observance of Jumu’ah-tul-Wida and Eid-ul-Fitr, according to a notification issued by the administration.
The university will remain closed for nine consecutive days, with academic and administrative activities set to resume on April 7, 2025.
The decision was approved by the Vice-Chancellor, and the notification has been circulated to faculty deans, department heads, hostel provosts, and other administrative officials. The notice has also been placed on the university’s notice board for public awareness.
This extended holiday period allows students and faculty members to celebrate Eid with their families peacefully and comfortably.
