After a three-year break, OnePlus has brought back its T-series with the launch of the OnePlus 13T in China. Unlike previous T-series models which were slight upgrades. This version introduces a different design approach, prioritizing compact dimensions and practical features. A global launch is expected soon.
Design and Display
The OnePlus 13T features a 6.32-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and 1Hz–120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The design measures just over 150mm in height and under 72mm in width, making it easy to handle with one hand. The display includes an optical fingerprint scanner, a 16MP front-facing camera, and features Oppo’s Crystal Shield Glass for protection.
OnePlus has replaced the physical Alert Slider on earlier models with a Shortcut Key, which allows users to switch between sound profiles and also supports user-defined shortcuts and app launches. It will be available in Gray, Pink, and Black.
Internals and Software
The device runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite and offers configurations with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. To manage heat during high-performance use, it includes a 4400mm² vapor chamber cooling system.
The OnePlus 13T runs ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 in the Chinese market. It is expected to ship with OxygenOS for global markets. The phone includes IP65 certification, indicating resistance to dust and water splashes.
Camera
On the back, the phone includes a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor and a 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. There is no ultrawide or macro camera. The front camera is 16MP, embedded in the top center of the display.
Battery and Pricing
The OnePlus 13T includes a 6,260mAh silicon-carbon battery, which is above average for devices of this size. It supports 80W wired charging.
In China, the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant costs around $446, while the 16GB RAM + 1TB storage model is priced at about $617. Pre-orders are live in China, and deliveries will begin on April 30.
