Arslan Ash Qualifies for Semifinals in Another International Tekken Event

Pakistan’s Tekken prodigy Arslan “Ash” Siddique has secured a spot in the semi-finals of the Tekken 8 tournament at LVL UP EXPO 2025, held April 26-27 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Competing against 162 players for a $5,000 prize pool, Ash advanced to the Semifinals in the double-elimination event, cementing his reputation as one of the greatest Tekken players ever.

The five-time EVO champion and Tekken World Tour 2023 winner overcame significant hurdles to compete. Visa issues forced him to skip Evo Japan and Riyadh Clash 2025, making his Las Vegas appearance a testament to his resilience.

Known for his strategic mastery with characters like Zafina, Ash faced top talents like South Korea’s Rangchu and the Philippines’ AK, per Liquipedia.

Recently, Arslan Ash was making headlines after it was revealed that Tekken 8 director Katsuhiro Harada had banned him on X (formerly Twitter). This sparked outrage in the fighting game community. However, Harada and Ash came forward to reveal that it was all a misunderstanding.
