Paid Internships Announced at Pakistan Software Board

The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), operating under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, has opened applications for its paid internship programme aimed at enhancing youth participation in the country’s growing IT sector.

The programme offers internships in various fields including Marketing & Branding, Industry Facilitation, HR, Operations, IT/Data Node, Finance & Accounts, and Audit. It is designed to provide hands-on experience, skill development, and exposure to a professional work environment.

Internships will run for up to six months and may be extended by three months depending on performance. Selected candidates will receive a competitive stipend.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily tasks and projects related to the assigned department.
• Conduct research and analysis to support departmental objectives.
• Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Support the team in organizing events, campaigns, or other activities.
• Learn and adapt to organizational processes and systems.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 16 years of education in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
• Graduation year not earlier than 2022.
• Age not exceeding 25 years as of the deadline of application submission.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
