Earn Up to Rs. 80,000 Per Month With State Bank’s PSPC Trainee Program

Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Limited (PSPC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan, has announced the third batch of its Leadership Induction Program (PLIP), offering fresh graduates an opportunity to join the organization as Management or Engineering Trainees.

The program is aimed at nurturing young talent and grooming future leaders to play a role in national development. Interested candidates can apply by June 2, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 16 years of education in relevant fields.
  • Age Limit: Maximum age of 26 years (relaxation of up to 3 years for candidates from Ex-FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan, and AJK).
  • For Non-Management PSPC Employees: Maximum age limit is 50 years.

  • Public Administration
  • Social Sciences

  • ACCA, CA or relevant disciplines

Trainee Engineers

Graduates from PEC-recognized programs in:

  • Mechanical
  • Civil
  • Chemical
  • Electrical
  • Electronics
  • Mechatronics
  • Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Chemistry
  • Product Design
  • Fine Arts (Painting, Printmaking, Multimedia)
  • Or other fields relevant to PSPC’s operations

Salary and Benefits:

  • Training Stipend: Rs. 40,000/- per month
  • Post-Training Salary: Rs. 80,000/- per month (plus benefits as per Assistant Manager position)
