At its 15th Anniversary Product Launch Event, Xiaomi introduced two new flagship smartphones—the Xiaomi 15S Pro and Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro, showcasing self-developed chipsets, imaging, and design advancements.
The Xiaomi 15S Pro is the company’s first flagship smartphone powered by its self-developed XRING O1 processor while the Xiaomi CV 5 Pro smells like coffee. Here are the details.
The Xiaomi 15S Pro features a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel supports high dynamic range and delivers precise color calibration for premium visual clarity. The device retains a sleek design profile similar to the Xiaomi 15 Pro and is available in Black and Blue color options with IP68 water and dust resistance.
The highlight of the Xiaomi 15S Pro is the XRING O1 chipset, Xiaomi’s first flagship system-on-chip. Built on TSMC’s 3nm N3E process, it features a 10-core CPU layout:
2x Cortex-X925 cores (3.9GHz)
6x Cortex-A725 cores (1.9–3.4GHz)
2x Cortex-A520 efficiency cores (1.8GHz)
It also includes a 16-core Immortalis-G925 GPU and a 6-core NPU rated at 44 TOPS. Benchmark results show the chip scoring over 3 million on AnTuTu and surpassing Apple’s A18 Pro in multi-core performance. The phone supports LPDDR5T RAM, UFS 4.1 storage, USB 3.2 Gen 2, and Wi-Fi 7 for top-tier connectivity.
It runs on HyperOS 2, based on Android 15, with a variety of AI features to choose from.
The Xiaomi 15S Pro comes equipped with a triple 50MP rear camera setup, featuring:
A primary wide-angle sensor
An ultra-wide-angle lens
A 5x periscope telephoto lens
Paired with a custom triple-core Xiaomi ISP, the camera system supports advanced computational photography and 4K video capture across all focal lengths. The imaging experience benefits from real-time AI enhancements enabled by the XRING O1’s NPU.
Powering the device is a 6,100 mAh silicon carbon battery, offering extended endurance even under intensive workloads. The battery supports 90W wired fast charging, allowing rapid top-ups with minimal downtime.

Xiaomi has officially launched the Civi 5 Pro, a high-end smartphone that blends premium design with high-performance internals. The device features Qualcomm’s newly announced Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, a quad-camera system co-branded with Leica, and a large battery, all housed in a slim and lightweight frame.
The Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro features a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with a 1236 × 2750 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 3,200-nit peak brightness. The panel also supports 2,560Hz PWM dimming for eye comfort and a 300Hz touch sampling rate for improved responsiveness. The phone measures 157.05 x 73.2 x 7.45 mm and weighs 184g.
Color options include Nebula Purple, Cherry Blossom Pink, Iced Americano, White, and Black as shown below.
The Civi 5 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC, built for efficiency and upper-midrange performance. It is offered in multiple memory configurations:
