The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has reaffirmed that the sale of one of its top-tier real estate assets on I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, will continue as per the announced schedule.
Bids were recently invited from potential investors, with the final date for submission set for May 31, 2025. Owing to the enthusiastic response from investors, PTCL has decided not to grant any extensions to the bidding deadline.
The company is fully empowered to undertake the sale or monetization of its real estate assets in line with all applicable laws and post-required approvals. Properties that are no longer essential to PTCL’s operations have been legally vetted and cleared for disposal. All such properties, including the one currently up for sale, are unencumbered, legally owned by PTCL, and backed by complete documentation.
This transaction reflects PTCL’s broader strategic objectives and long-term organizational vision, with all necessary authorizations in place to proceed as planned.
