Aeon & Trisl Real Estate Group has been named Emaar’s top-performing broker for the first quarter of 2025, marking the company’s seventh consecutive quarter at the top of the developer’s broker rankings.
The firm’s performance continues to be led by Sikander Aziz, who has been Emaar’s highest-selling broker for both 2024 and the first quarter of 2025. Aziz has been active across multiple projects and regions, contributing to the company’s overall sales numbers in Emaar’s key developments.
Group CEO Saleem Karsaz attributed the results to the firm’s approach to changing buyer trends and market shifts. “This recognition reflects not just outstanding sales – it reflects leadership rooted in purpose, precision, and vision,” Karsaz said.
Aeon & Trisl has been active in several of Emaar’s high-profile developments, including Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Creek Harbour, The Valley, Emaar South, and branded villas in The Oasis. The company operates in the UAE, UK, and Pakistan.
The recognition comes as Dubai’s real estate market undergoes rapid changes under the broader Vision 2033 framework, with increasing activity in both off-plan and luxury property segments.
