The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially launched the refund process for tickets of Pakistan Super League X (PSL X) matches that were scheduled to be held in Multan and Rawalpindi but couldn’t take place due to fixture rescheduling. The refund window will open on Monday, 16 June, and continue until Thursday, 20 June, giving fans five working days to reclaim their money.
Some PSL X fixtures that were scheduled to take place in Multan and Rawalpindi had to be moved once the league resumed following the Pakistan-India war. Fans who missed out on the action can now refund their purchased tickets for those PSL X matches.
For those who bought physical tickets, refunds will be handled at designated TCS Express Centres. The centres will process refunds from 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Here’s where fans can go to get their cash refunds:
Fans seeking a cash refund must bring the original, untampered ticket along with the CNIC of the purchaser. TCS staff will verify the information before processing the refund. For online ticket buyers, no action is required — the refund will be automatically transferred to the account used for purchase.
Meanwhile, corporate clients need to provide their account details via email to receive their refund directly.
The PCB’s move to issue refunds for the rescheduled PSL X matches reflects its commitment to fan care and transparency, especially after unavoidable schedule changes disrupted matches in two key venues.
