The NCCIA has registered a First Information Report (FIR) against the suspects and confirmed that a formal inquiry is underway.
In response to the incident, local residents have called on Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to take strict action and ensure accountability for all those involved in misconduct and negligence at government hospitals.
