Punjab Education Board Increases Certificate Verification Fees

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Sargodha has revised its fee structure for certificate verification and related services. The decision was announced through an official notification issued by Controller of Examinations Riaz Qadeer on Thursday.

According to the notification, the changes were approved during the Board of Governors (BoG) meeting held on June 26, 2025, and have taken immediate effect.

The updated fees include Rs. 2,000 for departmental certificate verification, Rs. 2,000 for student certificate verification, and Rs. 3,500 for personal verifications conducted within Pakistan.

For duplicate certificates, the new charges are Rs. 5,000 for ordinary processing and Rs. 6,000 for urgent cases. Those requesting a triplicate certificate will now be required to pay Rs. 12,000.

In addition, the duplicate result card fee has been set at Rs. 2,000 for ordinary processing and Rs. 3,000 for urgent requests.

Controller Qadeer stated that the revisions were made to bring consistency and clarity to the board’s service charges, aligning with current operational needs and service delivery standards.

The new rates apply to all applicants seeking certificate-related services through BISE Sargodha moving forward.
