Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, led a delegation in Washington, D.C. today for a constructive meeting with U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick and U.S. Trade Representative Ambassador Jamieson Greer.
During the meeting, both parties expressed satisfaction with the progress made in strengthening trade and economic relations—an essential aspect of the partnership between Pakistan and the United States. They reiterated their shared commitment to seeking new avenues for collaboration that would benefit both nations.
Minister Aurangzeb highlighted the United States’ role as Pakistan’s leading trading partner and expressed Pakistan’s eagerness to broaden cooperation, particularly in sectors such as information technology, minerals, and agriculture, alongside traditional areas of trade.
Both sides voiced optimism that the ongoing trade negotiations would deliver positive results, supporting economic growth in both countries.

Aurangzeb should be ashamed. Lutnick is well known for being epstein bff.
The fact that aurangzeb went there to beg and forget trade ties with china , the only curve that assisted Pakistan in time of need shows how bad we are.
