Motorcycle prices in Pakistan have jumped again, this time led by Yamaha and Unique, following recent changes introduced in the federal budget 2025–26. The new prices took effect from July 1, 2025.
Yamaha Motor Pakistan revised its entire lineup in response to the government’s new Energy Vehicle (NEV) levy and other tax adjustments. The YB125Z (Red/Black) now costs Rs. 429,000, including Rs. 65,441 in sales tax and Rs. 4,057 in NEV levy.
The YB125Z DX (Red/Black/Gray) is now priced at Rs. 459,500. Other popular Yamaha models have also become more expensive.
The YBR125 (Red/Gray/Black) is now available for Rs. 471,500. The rugged YBR125G (Black) is priced at Rs. 490,500, while the Matt finish variant has reached Rs. 493,500 — making it the priciest in Yamaha’s lineup.
Following Yamaha, Unique has also announced a price hike, effective July 18, 2025. The company has raised the rates of its UD-70cc series by Rs. 3,000 across all models.
The base UD-70cc now sells for Rs. 121,500, while the UD-70cc Extreme Plus is priced at Rs. 125,000. The Special Edition is now Rs. 128,500, and the Extreme Plus with alloy rims is at Rs. 135,000. The Selfstart variant tops the list at Rs. 147,000.
These back-to-back increases come shortly after similar price hikes from Atlas Honda and Pak Suzuki.
