The government has declared strict action against school principals found guilty of forging student enrollments.
Punjab’s Minister for Education, Rana Sikandar Hayat, emphasized that 100% accurate enrollment data is mandatory in all schools. He warned that fake enrollments will not be tolerated under any circumstances, adding that school inspections will begin immediately after the summer break.
He further stated that any school head found involved in falsifying enrollment records will face departmental disciplinary action.
This move aims to curb manipulation in enrollment figures and ensure transparency and accountability across the education sector.
