Punjab Govt Announces Rewards for Teachers

Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat has issued a strong message to schoolteachers following the release of this year’s matric exam results.

In a Facebook post, the minister said that all teachers who have consistently delivered excellent student results will be rewarded. However, he warned that those with poor performance records, particularly those whose students fail year after year, should “start worrying.”

His statement comes just days after all education boards across Punjab announced the matric results for the first annual examinations of 2025.
