As per the latest data released by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Pakistan’s local mobile phone manufacturing/assembly has surged significantly compared to last year. The same report also shows the top 10 mobile phone brands being assembled in Pakistan as of July 2025.

According to Topline Research’s report, the top 10 locally assembled brands in July were:
- VGO Tel: 2.12 million units
- Infinix: 2.01 million units
- Itel: 1.53 million units
- Vivo: 1.38 million units
- Xiaomi: 1.04 million units
- Samsung: 0.93 million units
- Tecno: 0.89 million units
- Q Mobile: 0.72 million units
- G’Five: 0.7 million units
- Nokia: 0.65 million units
Going forward, mobile phone sales in Pakistan are expected to grow by 7-8% over the next 12 months, as base effects have now normalized and overall inflation remains on the lower side. In addition, brands such as Samsung and Xiaomi typically launch new smartphone models around September every year, which is likely to further support demand in the coming months.
