Chery Pakistan has hinted at the possible arrival of its flagship SUV, the Tiggo 9, in the local market. While the company has yet to confirm whether it will introduce the plug-in hybrid (PHEV) variant, the petrol-powered internal combustion engine (ICE) model, or both, reports suggest the launch could take place as early as next week.
The Chery Tiggo 9 is already available in several global markets, where it has been positioned as a premium mid-size crossover SUV. If introduced in Pakistan, it would join the company’s existing lineup of SUVs, which currently includes the Tiggo 4 Pro, a compact SUV, and the Tiggo 8 Pro, a mid-size crossover.
Although the Tiggo 8 Pro and Tiggo 9 belong to the same mid-size crossover segment, the Tiggo 9 sits at the higher end, offering more advanced features and premium finishes. Its arrival would provide Pakistani consumers with another option in the growing premium SUV category.
Pricing and Availability
Chery has not disclosed an official price range for the Tiggo 9 in Pakistan. However, market analysts suggest that the upcoming SUV will likely carry a higher price tag than the Tiggo 8 Pro, given its upgraded positioning and features. An official unveiling is expected next week, though exact details remain under wraps.

Tiggo8 was a flop . If this priced above 1 Crore than it will be flop also
No, it was the group behind Chery, Gandhara Motors which is why it flopped. Now under Master Motors (the same who own Changan) it will hopefully be more successful and yes price will definitely be above 1cr
You clearly don’t know much about it
Tiggo did not do well due to its dealership issues and a weak group behind it. Now this will change
Seems our roads will filled up with lots of junky SUV, that will end up in junkyards of Chinese SUVs, PHEVs, EREVs, EVs….
8 pro did not do well on Pakistani roads due to several issues in its system which wasn’t stable at all. I drove it for around 10k miles and had so many problems with AC trip computer etc. had to get rid of it and took loss of money
