A female student at the University of Karachi tragically lost her life after being hit by a university bus.
According to police officials, the student was getting off the university bus when the accident occurred. The incident took place outside the Social Work Department, where the bus reportedly reversed and struck her.
Authorities said the student, identified as Aniqa Saeed, was being taken to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries on the way.
Police have taken the bus driver into custody following the incident. However, the victim’s family has declined to pursue legal action.
Meanwhile, students at the university staged a protest against the administration, expressing anger over the tragic event and demanding better safety measures on campus.

Safety precaution measures must be adopted before it reached to critical point. When there is no camera at the back one person at rare side of the bus must guide the driver. The accident is the negligence of non professional transport staff .
