Vivo has officially launched the X300 series in China, introducing two flagship models: the standard X300 and the X300 Pro. The X300 Pro is designed as a premium camera phone, while the regular X300 offers a compact alternative with similar performance.
The X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1260 x 2800 resolution. It supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, and includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. The device measures 7.99mm in thickness, weighs 226g, and is rated IP68/IP69 for dust and water resistance. It is available in Black, Brown, Blue, and White color options.
In comparison, the X300 comes with a more compact 6.31-inch LTPO panel, offering a 120Hz refresh rate and 1216 x 2640 resolution. It also includes an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The X300 is 7.95mm thick, weighs 190g, and shares the same IP68/IP69 rating. Color options include Black, Blue, Pink, and Purple.
Both devices run on MediaTek’s newly announced flagship Dimensity 9500 SoC. The X300 Pro integrates Vivo’s custom V3+ imaging chip for enhanced photo and video processing. Each model offers up to 16GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage. They ship with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
Connectivity features on the Pro model include Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 6, and a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port, while the standard X300 supports Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and dual-band Wi-Fi 6.
The X300 Pro uses a triple-camera setup developed with Zeiss. It includes a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor (1/1.28-inch, f/1.57) with gimbal optical image stabilization, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens, and a 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto sensor (1/1.4-inch) for some high resolution zoom shots. The front camera also uses a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor.
The regular X300 features a 200MP Samsung HPB main sensor (1/1.4-inch, f/1.68), a 50MP Sony LYT-602 APO telephoto camera (1/1.95-inch), and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide unit. It shares the same 50MP JN1 front-facing camera as the Pro model.
The X300 Pro is equipped with a 6,510 mAh battery, while the X300 includes a 6,040 mAh unit. Both support 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
In terms of pricing, the X300 Pro starts at $745 for the 12GB/256GB model, $845 for the 16GB/512GB model, and increases to $945 for the 16GB/1TB model. The base X300 is priced at $620 for the 12GB/256GB variant. The 16GB/256GB model costs $660, while the 12GB/512GB and 16GB/512GB options are priced at $700 and $745, respectively. The top-end 16GB/1TB version is listed at $845.
