Dubai Police wrapped up its participation at Gitex Global 2025 with the launch of 12 cutting-edge innovations driven by artificial intelligence, robotics, and digital automation — reinforcing its leadership in smart policing and community-focused innovation.
The showcase, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, featured an array of smart systems, interactive platforms, and autonomous technologies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, community safety, and accessibility of police services.
AI and Automation Take Centre Stage
Among the standout technologies was the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) system, designed to deploy software robots that perform repetitive tasks such as data entry, report creation, and transaction processing. Operating 24/7, these bots improve accuracy and speed while freeing up police staff to focus on more strategic duties.
“The RPA system is revolutionising our back-end operations by reducing human error and ensuring around-the-clock productivity,” officials said.

Smart Police Stations: Policing Without Barriers
Dubai Police also showcased its Smart Police Stations (SPS) — a global benchmark in digital law enforcement. Open 24 hours a day, the SPS allows citizens and residents to access over 40 essential services without human intervention, including reporting crimes, paying fines, and obtaining certificates. The stations also offer dedicated support for people of determination, making policing more inclusive.
Engaging Youth Through eSports and SWAT Challenge
The force’s commitment to youth engagement was evident through the Dubai Police eSports Tournament, which promotes cyber safety, responsible gaming, and mental well-being.
In addition, visitors were briefed on the upcoming UAE SWAT Challenge 2026, scheduled for February 7–11, where elite tactical teams from around the world will compete in high-intensity scenarios to test operational readiness and share best practices.
Smart App and New Website: Digital Accessibility
The Dubai Police Smart App, available in seven languages, continues to serve as a vital tool for residents and visitors. It allows users to report traffic incidents, request emergency assistance, and access protection services for women and children.
At Gitex, Dubai Police also unveiled its newly redesigned website, offering a sleek interface, secure payment options, and “Amina” — an AI-powered virtual assistant that guides users through online services.
Drone Box System and eCrime Hub: The Future of Response and Safety
Another major highlight was the Drone Box System, which enables rapid deployment of drones to emergency scenes. These drones transmit real-time visuals to the Command and Control Centre, drastically reducing response times in both criminal and traffic incidents.
The eCrime Hub, meanwhile, serves as an educational platform on cybersecurity. Available in Arabic and English, it features guides, videos, and safety tips to help the public identify phishing scams, detect fake links, and report cybercrimes swiftly.
A Model for Global Smart Policing
Through these AI-driven initiatives, Dubai Police continues to set international standards in smart policing, integrating innovation, service excellence, and community engagement to create a safer, more connected society.
