Saudi Arabia Issues Important Update Regarding Zamzam Water

Saudi citizens and residents can now order unlimited bottles of Zamzam water through the Nusuk app, following the launch of a new service by Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfig Al-Rabiah.

The feature allows users living anywhere in the Kingdom to arrange home delivery of 330-millilitre bottles of the water revered by Muslims. Authorities said the move aims to make Zamzam more accessible in portable form, noting that it is often sold in large containers that are harder to transport.

According to officials, there is no cap on the number of bottles that can be ordered through the platform. Deliveries will be available across all regions of Saudi Arabia.

The initiative is part of ongoing upgrades to the Nusuk app, which has evolved into an integrated digital portal for pilgrims and worshippers. The app already offers services such as visa issuance, accommodation booking and access to Umrah-related permits.

Saudi authorities said the expansion of Nusuk’s services reflects the Kingdom’s broader strategy to enhance digital facilitation for pilgrims and residents while improving ease of access to religious resources.

  • This facility should be provided to pilgrims (Umrah, Hajj) so that they could take these small bottles of Zamzam to their native countried
