For the first time in history, a woman has been appointed as Station House Officer (SHO) at Lahore Railway Police Station. Samia Yasmin has taken charge as the new SHO at the station.
In other postings, former SHO Lahore Station, Ali Mumtaz, has been appointed as SHO Sialkot Police Station. Shahid Riaz has been named Additional SHO at Lahore Police Station.
The SP Railway Police Lahore has issued the official notification for these appointments.
