The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced that a special USAT and HAT will be conducted exclusively for students applying to the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship 2026.
According to HEC, all applicants must submit valid USAT or HAT scores as part of their scholarship applications.
The special test session aims to facilitate candidates who have not yet taken the required assessments or wish to improve their scores.

In its announcement, HEC stated that the last date for registration is January 15, 2026, while the test will be held on February 1, 2026.
The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme, offered by the Government of Hungary in collaboration with HEC, provides fully funded study opportunities for Pakistani students at undergraduate, master’s, and PhD levels.
HEC advised applicants to complete their registration early to avoid last-minute technical issues and ensure their eligibility for the prestigious international scholarship.
