Punjab has introduced a new digital system that allows citizens to renew their international driving licenses online through the DLIMS web portal.
According to the Punjab traffic police, residents inside Pakistan as well as overseas Pakistanis can now visit https://dlims.punjab.gov.pk/ to submit renewal applications without visiting any office in person.
The new service aims to simplify the process, reduce crowds at licensing centers, and make renewal accessible from anywhere in the world.
The online portal enables users to create an account, upload required documents, submit their renewal request, and track their application digitally. Officials stated that the new system reflects the Punjab government’s continued effort to digitize public services and enhance convenience for applicants.
