The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched a special mobile registration facility for Pakistani citizens living in Saudi Arabia, in coordination with the Pakistan Embassy.
According to NADRA, a mobile registration team will provide services in Dammam on December 19 and 20, 2025 (Friday and Saturday) from 8:00am to 3:00pm (local time) at Tamimi New Camp, Dhahran, Eastern Province.
The initiative aims to make identity-related services more accessible to overseas Pakistanis by offering all procedures at a single, nearby location.
Services include issuance of Smart NICOPs, renewals and reprints, DUP clearance, changes or cancellation of Smart NICOPs, and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) services.
