OnePlus has fully unveiled the OnePlus 15R, confirming its complete specifications and pricing after a partial announcement last month. While the device shares most of its hardware with the China-only OnePlus Ace 6T, it introduces a few changes, including a larger battery, upgraded front camera hardware, and revised software.
The OnePlus 15R features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 165Hz variable refresh rate. The panel is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i. The phone carries a full set of durability ratings, including IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K protection against dust and water.
The device will be available in Charcoal Black and Mint Breeze color options.
The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, which is not equal to the top-tier Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, but is still a formidable high-end processor that brings flagship-grade power. It comes with 12GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and is offered with either 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.
On the software side, the OnePlus 15R runs OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16. It also includes the full OnePlus AI feature suite, marking a difference from the Ace 6T.
On the rear, the OnePlus 15R includes a dual camera setup. The primary camera is a 50MP Sony IMX906 sensor with a 24mm equivalent focal length and optical image stabilization. It is paired with an 8MP ultrawide camera offering a 16mm equivalent focal length and a 112-degree field of view.
The front camera has been upgraded compared with the Ace 6T. The OnePlus 15R features a 32MP selfie camera, doubling the resolution of the 16MP unit found on its China-only counterpart.
The OnePlus 15R is equipped with a 7,400 mAh battery that uses a silicon-carbon anode. It supports 80W wired charging, which is slower than the 100W charging offered on the Ace 6T but still places it among the higher-capacity smartphones in its segment.
The OnePlus 15R will be sold globally in two configurations. The 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant is priced at $699. The 12GB RAM and 512GB storage model is priced at $979.
