Unity Foods’s major dilima is they want ROI in short time period (like eye blinking) and doesn’t focus on their products development and doesn’t invest on product approachable to everyone and every shelf on every shops, rather they changed their mind and directions after every two years , they consider thier employees like tissue paper’ use it and throw in dust bin’ they are not knowing the importance of loyalty of employees with company ( which is a major components for success and growth for any company) from last five years they kicked out dozen of employees, because their business not getting establish or profit not according to their expectations.they want profitable business without giving a certain time, and maturity and products acceptability to consumer. I apologize but i think that, their mind work like playing T10 cricket, but in business field this tactics not works.
