OnePlus has officially confirmed the launch date for its new Turbo 6 smartphone lineup following a string of recent leaks. The series will include two models, the OnePlus Turbo 6 and the OnePlus Turbo 6V, both of which will debut in China on January 8.
Ahead of the launch, OnePlus has shared official images detailing the design and color options of both phones. The company has also published online listings confirming memory and storage variants, while a teaser video posted on Weibo has revealed several core specifications.
The OnePlus Turbo 6 features a triple rear camera setup and will be available in Chasing Light Silver, Lone Black, and Wilderness Green color options. OnePlus will sell the device in 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/256GB, and 16GB/512GB configurations.
The phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 and will feature a display with a 165Hz refresh rate. OnePlus has also confirmed a 9,000mAh battery and an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
The OnePlus Turbo 6V comes with a dual rear camera setup and will be offered in Fearless Blue, Lone Black, and Nova White color options. Storage variants include 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB.
While OnePlus has not officially detailed all of the Turbo 6V’s specifications, the device is expected to feature the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, a 144Hz refresh rate display, and a 9,000mAh battery, similar to the standard Turbo 6.
OnePlus is expected to share additional details, including full specifications and pricing, closer to the January 8 launch event.
