“I was performing at Park View City, Islamabad, when the drone controller was handed to an amateur. The drone was super fast and came straight at me, which caused the injury,” she said.

Gill reassured fans that her condition is stable, adding that she received a tetanus injection and is recovering well. She also thanked supporters for their concern and messages.

The incident occurred during a three-day, family-only carnival organized by Park View City, which featured live performances by several prominent artists, including Sahir Ali Bagga and Falak Shabbir.

Shae Gill rose to fame with her breakout hit Pasoori, a collaboration with Ali Sethi that became the most-streamed Pakistani song in December 2022, surpassing 200 million streams on Spotify.

In 2025, she released her first solo track and also collaborated with Abdul Hannan on Gila, continuing to strengthen her presence in Pakistan’s music industry.
