World’s Fattest Man Who Once Weighed 600 Kilos Dies at 41

The world’s fattest man, Juan Pedro Franco, has died at the age of 41 due to a severe kidney infection, according to international media reports.

Juan Pedro Franco was from Mexico and was widely known as the fattest living person in the world. He had been suffering from serious infections and was admitted to the hospital, where he remained under treatment for several days.

Despite medical care, his condition continued to worsen, and he passed away as a result of a severe kidney infection.

According to Guinness World Records, Juan Pedro Franco was officially recognized in 2017 as the world’s fattest living man, weighing 1,322 pounds, which is approximately 600 kilograms. Due to his extreme weight, he had been confined to bed for a long period of time.

Media reports stated that difficulties in daily life motivated him to attempt weight loss. Following surgery and strict dieting, he was able to reduce his weight significantly.

Reports confirmed that by 2023, he had reduced his weight from 600 kilograms to approximately 260 kilograms.
