Samsung has unveiled what it describes as the world’s first 130-inch Micro RGB TV at CES 2026. The new model, codenamed the R95H, is positioned as Samsung’s most advanced large-format television to date and features full coverage of the BT.2020 color gamut.
Samsung claims the R95H delivers the widest 100 percent BT.2020 color gamut available on a modern television, placing color performance at the center of the product’s design and technology.
Given the size of the display, Samsung has taken a different approach to the TV’s physical design. Instead of presenting the R95H as a traditional large screen, the company has opted for a window-like frame mold design intended to resemble an architectural window rather than a black rectangle on a wall.
Samsung describes this as an evolution of its Timeless Gallery concept introduced in 2013. The updated Timeless Frame surrounds the 130-inch panel and gives it a gallery-style appearance. Audio is integrated directly into the frame, with sound tuned to match the scale of the display so that visuals and audio feel balanced.
At the core of the R95H is Samsung’s latest Micro RGB display system. The TV combines the Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, Micro RGB Color Booster Pro, and Micro RGB HDR Pro to manage brightness, contrast, and color accuracy.
Samsung says AI processing is used to refine darker tones, improve subtle contrast, and maintain color accuracy across both bright and low-light scenes. The panel supports 100 percent of the BT.2020 color space and carries VDE certification for accurate color reproduction.
The TV also includes Samsung’s glare-free, low reflection coating, which is designed to preserve contrast and color performance in brightly lit environments.
The R95H supports HDR10+ Advanced and Eclipsa Audio. It also features an updated Vision AI Companion, which brings conversational search, content recommendations, and access to tools such as AI Football Mode Pro, Live Translate, and Generative Wallpaper.
Samsung has also integrated support for Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity as part of the TV’s AI ecosystem.
Samsung will showcase the 130-inch Micro RGB TV at its exhibition zone during CES 2026 in Las Vegas. The company has not yet announced pricing or availability for the R95H.
