After returning to Pakistan, Jeddy has remained actively involved in the country’s technology ecosystem. He most recently served as Global Chief Strategy Officer at Systems Limited and has also held leadership roles within the Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs (OPEN), focusing on linking Pakistan’s tech industry with global opportunities.

The appointment comes at a time when Pakistan’s IT and IT-enabled services sector is seeking sustained growth and stronger international positioning.

As CEO of PSEB, Jeddy will be responsible for overseeing existing initiatives and introducing new programs aimed at accelerating the expansion of the IT and ITES industry.

The position had remained vacant since late October last year, following the resignation of Abu Bakar as CEO. After his departure, the PSEB board announced the vacancy and invited applications for a three-year contractual term.
