Pakistan Team Manager Naveed Akram Cheema, captain Salman Ali Agha, and all-rounder Shadab Khan took part in a tree plantation drive in Dambulla during Pakistan’s tour of Sri Lanka.

The plantation drive was organized under the “Rebuilding Sri Lanka” initiative, a government-led recovery effort launched following the devastation caused by the Ditwah Cyclone.

As part of the same campaign, Sri Lanka Cricket has taken several steps during the series to raise awareness. The board promoted the #VisitSriLanka hashtag at match venues to showcase the country as a global tourism destination.

Sri Lanka Cricket also announced that profits generated from the home series against Pakistan will be donated to the federal government’s recovery program.

On the field, Sri Lanka defeated Pakistan in the final T20I. Pakistan scored 146 runs in the rain-affected match, and Sri Lanka’s win levelled the series 1–1.

Chasing a revised target of 161 in 12 overs, Pakistan fought hard but could not reach the target, despite a strong innings by Salman Ali Agha and a steady debut knock from Khawaja Nafay.
