International Umpire to Officiate President’s Trophy Matches

West Indies umpire Christopher Mark Taylor will officiate three matches in the President’s Trophy Grade-I 2025–26 under the International Cricket Council (ICC) Umpire Exchange Programme, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced.

Taylor will make his tournament debut on Wednesday in the match between Ghani Glass and Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) at the National Bank Stadium.

He will also serve as an on-field umpire in the fixture between Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) and SNGPL, scheduled for January 27 at the KCCA Stadium.

His third and final assignment will be the match between Sahir Associates and Pakistan Television (PTV), which will be played at the National Bank Stadium on February 2.

Taylor is a highly experienced official who has officiated in five women’s One Day Internationals and three women’s T20 Internationals. He also has extensive domestic experience, having stood in 41 first-class, 56 List-A, and 53 T20 matches.

His most recent assignment came in November 2025, when he officiated in the West Indies domestic 50-over competition.

Under the ICC Umpire Exchange Programme, Taylor will gain further international exposure while also providing local umpires in Pakistan the opportunity to learn from his experience and expertise in West Indies domestic cricket.
