Pakistanis Can Visit These European Countries Without Schengen Visa

Pakistani passport holders can now explore select European and Europe-adjacent destinations with e-visas and simplified entry, easing travel barriers in 2026.

While Schengen countries still require traditional visas, destinations such as Albania, Moldova, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Georgia offer practical alternatives for tourism, business, and cultural trips.

Albania and Moldova allow Pakistani travelers to apply for e-visas online, offering European-style experiences without embassy visits.

Albania, in the Balkans, is ideal for short stays, featuring historic towns, Mediterranean beaches, and affordable travel.

Moldova, in Eastern Europe, combines cultural heritage with simplified access.

Europe-edge countries, including Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, also offer online e-visas, allowing Pakistanis to bypass Schengen requirements.

Turkey provides city breaks, historical sites, and Mediterranean coastlines, while Azerbaijan’s Baku and Georgia’s Tbilisi and Batumi offer a mix of European-style urban life and natural beauty.

According to the Henley Passport Index 2026, Pakistani passports rank joint 98th, granting access to 31 destinations visa-free, via visa-on-arrival, or eTA.

Globally, Pakistani travelers can visit destinations in Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, and Oceania with easier entry, including Barbados, the Maldives, Kenya, and Seychelles.

Experts say these developments expand short-term travel opportunities for Pakistani nationals, offering safer, faster, and more cost-effective access to Europe, Eurasia, and beyond.
