Federal Board Extends HSSC Part-I Exam Admission Deadline With Revised Fee Schedule

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has extended the deadline for submitting online admission forms for the HSSC Part-I (1st Annual Examination) 2026.

In an official notification dated February 3, 2026, the board announced that admission forms with normal fee can now be submitted up to February 9, 2026.

The notification also sets a revised submission window for students who miss the normal-fee deadline. Forms will be accepted with a double fee from February 10 to February 17, followed by a triple fee period from February 18 to February 24.

FBISE said the update has been issued as a partial modification to its earlier notifications from January, and advised students and institutions to follow the revised schedule to avoid late fees.

In other news, the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen has shared a proposed timeline for HSSC (Class 11 and 12) exams 2026 across Punjab, stating that the first annual examinations are expected to start on May 20, 2026.

The schedule also outlines the admission windows for the first annual exams (single fee Jan 19–Feb 11, double Feb 12–Feb 24, triple Feb 25–Mar 9) and says results are planned in phases, with Class 12 on Sept 23 and Class 11 on Oct 12, 2026.

The second annual HSSC exams are proposed to begin Nov 3, 2026, with admissions from Sept 24 to Oct 17, while the result is expected on Jan 12, 2027.
